Our goal is to provide the highest quality educational tools available to assist parents in their Biblical responsibility of training children to view life from a Christian perspective.

Summit Christian Academy is a home study program for families throughout the United States and internationally.

Summit Christian Academy is a distributor for the Alpha Omega LIFEPAC’S and "Switched-On" Schoolhouse CD-ROM curriculum and accepts Bob Jones, Abeka, Apologia Science, Saxon Math & Chalk Dust Video Math, Keyboard Algebra 1&2 Video Math, and Rosetta Stone Foreign Language courses. All of these are considered college preparatory materials.

A few services offered by Summit Christian Academy include the following:

• Five different ways to serve you: (1) Online School- grades 3-1(2) Umbrella School- grades K-12 (3) Curriculum Only (4&5) Testing Only- Academic Placement Testing and National Standardized Testing

• Bible-based curriculum for our core courses.

• Academic Placement Testing for Bible, Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies for grades 3-12.

• Maintenance of an individual file, report cards, transcript and choice of three high school diplomas for each of our students.

• Telephone consultation via our toll-free number for our enrolled students.

• Students may enroll at any time during the year and have 12 months to complete the academic program from the date of enrollment.

• Credits are accepted from other private and public schools for our high school students and there is not a minimum number of years a student must be enrolled with us to earn a diploma.

• There is no age limit to obtain a high school degree with us.

• An annual Iowa Test of Basic Skills for grades 3-12. (Optional)

• Registered with the A.C.T. and S.A.T. and N.C.A.A. College Entrance Exam Boards with our own school-code number.

National accreditation through the National Coalition of Alternative Community Schools.
