What's new for Switched-On Schoolhouse® 2008 Edition? A number of features and updated system requirements! Please make sure that your catalogs, website, or other advertisements contain all of the updated operating system requirements for the 2008 version. This new version will support Windows® XP Service Pack 2 and Vista only! If your customer has another operating system such as Windows® 98, 2000, etc., this new version will not work! We will keep a limited supply of 2007 on our shelves; please contact us if you have a customer that needs the old version and we will make arrangements to assist you.
New Features for Switched-On Schoolhouse 2008 Edition:
- Quiz Bowl, a fun and interactive game for 1 or 2 players that helps students practice what they learn
- Customizable grade reports and report cards that let you create reports for specific date ranges
- Expanded answer key that displays all acceptable answers making grading less rigid and more fair to students
- Centralized help feature that includes the user manual, SOS overview, tutorials, and important support links
- Simplified process for backing up student data assists you in more easily saving extra records of student work
